Dr. Julio A. Rodriguez-Lopez joined the Arizona Heart Intstitute (AHI) in 1993 and is the Medical Director of the Wound Healing Center at the Arizona Heart Hospital. At AHI, Dr. Rodriguez is the Director of Peripheral Vascular Services and program director for both the Peripheral Fellowship Program and the Endovascular Training Courses for physicians. He is known for his expertise in peripheral
and endovascular techniques.

Dr. Rodriguez received bachelor's degree from the University of Puerto Rico and his medical degree from Central East University, San Pedro de Macoris, in the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Rodriguez completed a transitional internship and residency in general and cardiovascular surgery at Ponce Regional Hospital in Puerto Rico. He then chose to fulfill his cardiovascular fellopship at AHI. Dr. Rodriguez is board certified in general surgery and provides services at te AHImain office located in central Phoenix.
