Biography:

James W. McNeil, a board certified vascular surgeon, received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the LSU Medical Center in New Orleans.  He completed his general surgery residency at the University of South Alabama in Mobile and served a one-year fellowship in general vascular surgery at the LSU Affiliated Hospitals.  He joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 1995.
