On the 50th anniversary of the International Union of Phlebology, the 16th annual world congress will be held. This congress will be the first UIP world congress organized by two countries together. This congress will be named on purpose UIP50 and will take place from August 31st to September 4th 2009 at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
